Minnesota Online Change Request Review Process

The Minnesota Online Council’s evaluation process applies to online programs for which a degree[1] is awarded.  Institutions submit an Institutional Change Request to offer one or more of its degree programs online.  The Institutional Change Request includes responses to the six questions identified by the Higher Learning Commission for evaluating institutional change.  The Minnesota Online Council manages the evaluation process and criteria to determine the college’s or university’s readiness to offer online degrees.
